Qualifications

• Provide remarkable guest service with a positive attitude.
• Perform front-end tasks including cashiering, money orders, Western Union, and postal duties.
• Assist guests with returns, price checks, and problem resolution to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a 'Say Yes to the Guest' attitude by delivering exceptional service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order and payment machines; process postal tasks and related duties.
• Assist guests with returns, overrides, and overcharges; conduct cashier accuracy audits and communicate issues to management.
• Provide backup support across Guest Services, cashiering, and related store operations as needed.
