Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in Rancho Mirage, CA is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Host/C cashier to support daily operations across casino outlets. You will take orders, handle cash, seat guests, and assist guests with service needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining accuracy on orders, answering calls, handling complaints, and adhering to all regulatory and internal controls. Prior experience and availability for training are preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Cash handling and dining room host experience preferred.
Attend and complete California ABC Lead Training Program.
Able to obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.

Responsibilities

Perform food and beverage counter service, cashier and host duties.
Input and control orders through register, maintaining accountability for all food and drinks served.
Balance cash and reports; ensure bank counts match with cage.
Seat guests promptly and evenly, ensuring equal distribution among servers.
Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
Handle initial complaints and inform manager on duty.
Remain up-to-date on food and beverage offerings and hours for all outlets.
Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
Comply with Tribal Ordinance, Regulations and ACCRS/SOPs.
