Responsibilities

• May perform food and beverage counter service including order taking, packing and delivery.
• Input and control ordering through register, maintaining accountability for all food and drinks served.
• Seat guests promptly and evenly among servers.
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Handle initial complaints and inform manager on duty.
• Remain up-to-date on food and beverage offerings and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
