Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately across cash, credit, and other methods.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest questions and needs.
• Assist seating guests and support the host team during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure guests have a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the hotel operations.
