Job summary

AAA Parking is hiring Cashiers for the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Hotel to deliver exceptional guest service and manage payments efficiently. As a cashier, you will warmly greet guests, answer questions about rates and directions, and provide friendly, professional support in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will balance cash and card transactions, issue receipts, and maintain a clean, polished booth. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous cashier, parking, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, receipts, validations, and related records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance transactions according to company procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and dependable, with a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift as required by the location.
• Ability to maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance.
• Must be able to follow safety, security, and cash-handling procedures responsibly.
• Ability to successfully complete any required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Service and warmly greet guests as they enter or exit the facility.
• Answer questions clearly and professionally regarding parking rates, payment options, directions, and property information.
• Provide helpful guidance to guests while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.
• Process payments accurately using the designated cashier system and issue receipts or validations as required.
• Balance cash, credit card transactions, and records according to procedures and report discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Represent AAA Parking professionally and keep the area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Work closely with valet attendants, parking team, and hotel staff to support smooth guest flow.
• Maintain safety and security by following cash-handling procedures and reporting issues promptly.
