Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take payments from customers and give receipts.
• Operate a computer terminal or cash register.
• Prepare Daily Station Reports (DSR) and report findings.
• Provide exemplary customer service to guests.
• Assist with posting charges to guest rooms and tracking tickets for self-park/valet.
