Job summary

Catamount Ski in Massachusetts is seeking friendly customer service staff to handle cashiers and guest interactions. As a cashier, you will tender purchases at registers, provide change, and help guests with questions about prices and promotions.

Training is provided for all tasks. You must work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, communicate well, be cheerful and patient with guests of all ages, and maintain a neat appearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain prices and promotions.
• General knowledge of Mountain required to assist guests with inquiries.
• Sell lift and activity tickets.
• Answer telephone.
• Must be able to work quickly and accurately.
• Assure payment is made for every item.
• Help with closing procedures.
• Maintain a friendly, team spirit with a focus on guest service.
• Do other work activities based on what is needed by your manager.
