Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate service for hotel guests, working with coworkers to meet or exceed site standards. Under the Account Manager, you may handle coordination, administration, and non-urgent guidance when the manager isn’t on-site. This role is not a manager position.

The hourly base pay is $18 per hour plus tips. Work schedule spans Monday through Sunday, with benefits including insurance options and a 401k plan. Seasonal roles are excluded from benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 and able to pass a background check.
• Six months of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course completion required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and maintain high service standards.
• Open doors for guests, assist with parking and vehicle retrieval.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Lead a work group and assign routine roles under the Account Manager.
• Process cash drops, ticketing, and shift reports accurately.
• Report issues to management when urgent actions are needed.
