Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; no prior experience necessary.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling topics.
• Booking of hotel room reservations and upsell when opportunities arise.
• Execute event and concert ticket sales.
• Coordinate RSVP's for marketing functions.
• Confirm requests for direct mail comped tickets.
• Communicate with management regarding issues pertaining to their department.
• Correctly answer all questions regarding promotions and events
• Maintain weekly call log.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
• Operates within policy and regulations.
• Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming.
