The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with cleaning chemicals and equipment. Employees will restock supplies, maintain storage areas, and assist with guest inquiries while adhering to tribal policies and 24/7 scheduling considerations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with cleaning chemicals used in hotel settings.
• Familiar with standard hotel cleaning equipment and practices.
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy with good attendance.
• No prior experience required for entry into the role.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean guest rooms to meet cleanliness standards.
• Re-supply rooms with needed supplies and restock as required.
• Maintain storage areas and ensure equipment is properly stored.
• Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Follow tribal and internal policies and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
