Job summary

Heritage Landing Golf Club in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant to create a positive guest experience by assisting guests and members with outside services, bag handling, and club cleaning.

Compensation is $14.00 per hour. You will educate players, start play when needed, manage club rentals, assist with food and beverage activities, and uphold safe work practices while performing other duties. Regular attendance is required.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Heritage Landing Golf Club, located in Punta Gorda, FL is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant!We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour

General Purpose:

Creates a positive experience by assisting guests and members with outside services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hear.

Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches.

Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather).

Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
