Job summary

Troon's Charles L Sifford Golf Course in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant to greet guests, manage bag handling and club cleaning, and support daily operations. As part of Troon, you will help educate players, start play when needed, rent clubs, and assist with food and beverage activities while upholding safety and service standards.

Charles L Sifford Golf Course located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Guest Services Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$12.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.

Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests, including bag handling and club cleaning.

Assist in educating players about the game.

Direct the start of play when necessary.

Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.

Assist customers with club rentals and clean rental clubs upon return.

Assist with food and beverage activities.

Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.

Perform other duties as required.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hear. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches. Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Regularly works in wet or humid condition (non-weather).

Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals.

Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

One month of related experience or training.

Other Qualifications

Regular and reliable attendance.
