Job summary

The Phoenician Golf Club in Scottsdale, AZ, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Guest Services Attendant. You will help with bag handling, club cleaning, and guest education in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• One month of related experience or training.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assist in educating players regarding the game.
• Direct start of play when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
