Job Summary

As a Mountain Activities Attendant, you provide Epic guest service while guiding guests through alpine adventures such as Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, Surface Lift Operations, and Ticket Scanning.

Job Specifications

• Starting wage: $20.00/hr
• Employment type: Summer Seasonal 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Have fun and create memorable experiences for guests, teammates, and yourself.
• Maintain a safe environment for all guests and employees.
• Operate activities such as Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, Trampolines, Zip Lines, Ropes Courses, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Provide on‑spot solutions for guest requests and verify tickets.
• Advocate for Vail Resorts and provide high‑quality service.
• Keep the mountain clean and maintain equipment.
• Offer inclusive experiences to guests of all backgrounds and skill levels.
• Adapt to varied tasks and daily changes around the mountain.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
• Communicate clearly with guests of diverse backgrounds and ages.
• Pass a background check.
• Be reliable, able to work unsupervised when necessary, and arrive on time with reliable transportation.
