Qualifications

• Front-end cashiering and guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle returns, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Awareness of store operations and basic problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude by delivering remarkable service.
• Perform cashiering, bagging, and operation of payment and money order equipment.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges; support store operations.
• Conduct cash handling accuracy checks and report issues to management.
• Provide backup to the Guest Service Manager when needed.
