Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Event Services Team Member for a part-time role at Glass City Center. This position involves cleaning and maintaining spaces before, during, and after events, coordinating with event staff, and ensuring a high level of service for clients and guests.

Responsibilities include trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom upkeep, and responding to spills. A valid Ohio driver’s license is required, with additional duties as assigned by Operations management.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in event service-related work or housekeeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to verbally communicate with the public, clients and management; written communication skills.
• Ability to read CAD drawings, other drawings, event checklists, and blueprints.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain event spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas before, during, and after events.
• Remove trash and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Respond promptly to spills, service calls, and areas needing attention.
• Work with staff and event coordinators to provide excellent service.
• Report equipment or facility issues to management or maintenance.
