Topgolf in Florida is hiring a guest services team member to welcome players and manage check-in, reservations, and inquiries. You will guide guests through venue information, promotions, and game demonstrations, while maintaining a clean, organized space and assisting with equipment as needed.

The role includes promoting retail items, ensuring safety guidelines are followed, and delivering a friendly, high-energy experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
• Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations.
• Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions.
• Help with golf clubs and equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue.
• Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
• Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines.
