PACE by IIH in Fresno, CA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to deliver excellent front-desk support in a high-volume environment. This entry-level, full-time role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills while working with seniors and their families.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of demonstrated successful experience in a customer service role.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• Bilingual Spanish/Hmong/Lao/Khmer preferred.

Mansioni

• Handle a high volume of guest calls and direct inquiries to the right department.
• Manage lobby flow, verify first-time visitor waivers, badges, and check-ins in the EHR.
• Maintain participant rosters and update fire drill routes for emergencies.
• Process appointments, schedules, and coordinate with providers.
• Assist with eyewear processing and inventory using Excel.
