Dr. Phillips Center For The Performing Arts, Inc. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative (Part-Time) to welcome guests and provide information to ensure exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, scanning tickets, assisting with access needs, guiding guests to bars, restrooms, and entrances, and maintaining safety and cleanliness before and after events. A high school diploma and 1 year of guest service in arts, hospitality, or similar settings

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience providing high-touch guest service.
• Ability to maintain high standards in guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with theater seating and terminology preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet guests, seat guests, scan tickets, and direct guests to bars, restrooms, or doors.
• Know building locations and services, including concessions, merchandise, and amenities.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Attend pre-show meetings to learn show details and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with leading volunteers in operational tasks.
• Maintain theater and lobby cleanliness before and after events; assist with setup and lifting as needed.
• Maintain ADA awareness and assist guests with disabilities.
