Avantara North is seeking a Guest Services Aide to join our caring team. You will assist with non-nursing needs, respond to resident call lights, keep rooms clean, distribute meals, and support clinical staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a CPR Certification.
• One year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
• Prior healthcare or assisted living exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-nursing related care to residents and respond to call lights.
• Keep resident rooms clean and sanitized; change linens as needed.
• Distribute meals and assist clinical staff with routine tasks.
• Support residents to ensure a high standard of care and comfort.
