Avantara Joliet is seeking a Guest Services Aide to provide non-nursing related care to residents. You will answer call lights, assist with meals, help keep rooms clean and sanitized, change linens, and support clinical staff with a compassionate, detail‑oriented approach.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Joliet by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. Three (3) year of Health Care experience in a CNA role is preferred.
