Job summary

The Wellshire Park Place, a Legacy Healthcare community, is seeking a Guest Services Aide to provide non-nursing support to residents. You will answer call lights, assist with non-clinical needs, keep rooms clean and sanitized, change linens, distribute meals, and support clinical staff to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and respond promptly.
• Assist residents with non-nursing needs and daily activities.
• Ensure resident rooms are clean and sanitized; change linens as needed.
• Distribute meals and assist clinical staff as required.

As a Guest Services Aide you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at The Wellshire Park Place by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident's non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
