Avantara Joliet is seeking a Guest Services Aide to provide non-nursing support to residents and assist with daily tasks to ensure high-quality care. You will respond to call lights, help with linens and meals, and support clinical staff to maintain a welcoming environment.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Joliet by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. Three (3) year of Health Care experience in a CNA role is preferred.
