Avantara Joliet is seeking a Guest Services Aide to join our caring team. You will provide non-nursing related care and support to residents, respond to call lights, and help ensure a clean, comfortable environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting with meals, sanitizing areas, and supporting clinical staff as needed. One year in customer service is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR are required. Avantara Joliet is an equal opportunity employer.

As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Joliet by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensuring resident rooms and clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing resident meals and assisting clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
