Responsibilities

As a Scheduler you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work as a CNA Supervisor will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Joliet by providing general supervision of CNAs, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to CNAs as needed, performing activities of daily living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe. Our work will also ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by scheduling employees to meet our resident's needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed.

Qualifications

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be a certified nurse aide in the state of Illinois in good standing. Two (2) years of relevant experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
