You will greet patients, provide information and directions, and help maintain a safe, orderly lobby while coordinating deliveries and accessibility support. Required: high school diploma or GED; customer service experience preferred; ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the upkeep and safety standards of the lobby area and building surroundings.
• Greet and assist patients and visitors by providing information, guidance, and directions to facilitate smooth navigation.
• Receive incoming parcels and coordinate delivery to the appropriate departments.
• Understand and adhere to emergency procedures, assisting as necessary during emergencies.
• Monitor and oversee the parking lot traffic, if applicable.
• Help patients and visitors requiring accessibility support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
