Rain Travel Collection is seeking a Guest Services Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and residents. You will create a positive, welcoming atmosphere during their stay and work closely with departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

You will greet guests, take reservations by phone/email/in person, check them in and explain available amenities, address concerns with empathy, and collaborate with maintenance to fulfill requests while upholding policies for a safe environment.
