Job summary

Evergreen Beauty College is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative for our Everett campus. This part-time role includes evenings and/or days, delivering warm hospitality, guiding students and guests, and supporting reception tasks.

You will manage appointments, handle cash, and promote our services while maintaining a welcoming environment. A calm, energetic presence helps daily interactions and contributes to a positive campus experience.

Evergreen Beauty College is growing and looking to add a new team member to our Guest Services Department. This department requires a flexible schedule which may include days, and evenings.

This position will be at our Everett location. PT schedule, 5:30-9:30.

What Does Being Our Guest Services Representative Require?

We are looking for someone who can make connections with students, guests, industry professionals, and staff. Relationships are formed quickly, informally, comfortably, while gaining enthusiasm and cooperation from others. In this job, it is very important to connect and build rapport with new people daily. Communication is almost always of a “selling” rather than “telling” nature. A lively enthusiasm is necessary. Interactions will generally be upbeat and cheerful, requiring someone who is warm, helpful, and friendly, making people feel welcome. This job allows flexibility in how the results are produced. There will be a fair degree of difference from one day to the next, especially regarding personal interactions. Ability to keep our product and reception areas neat and organized. A quick and busy pace requires someone who remains calm under pressure who has a daily attitude of making someone’s day special.
