Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee store staff, ensure smooth operations, and maintain excellent guest experiences at our Wilton location. You will coach team members, monitor daily processes, and uphold safety and service standards.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, reliability, and the ability to handle cash and POS duties while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Candidates should be 18+ with access to all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Must be efficient and organized.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
• Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.).
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and ensure tasks are performed as directed by management.
• Coach staff by giving constructive feedback to help perform tasks.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain proper cash levels, including deposits and gift cards.
• Ensure store housekeeping and safety procedures are followed.
• Address inquiries and complaints from guests and check in vendors as required.

Job Description

Supervise employees making sure they are performing all the job duties implemented by management. Coaching employees by giving them constructive feedback to help perform certain tasks. Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures, and practices. Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels (including employees being supervised). Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash etc.). Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes. Responsible for all cash processes which includes deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable. Always replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions. Address inquiries and complaints from guests. Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

Pay Range

$19.73 - $22.94
