Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Guest Service Representative experience.
• First Aid / CPR Certification and TIPS training may be completed upon hire.
• Brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong sales techniques and excellent guest service.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and evaluating GSRs.
• Ensure all GSRs sell the property according to standards.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
