We are looking to add a Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) to our family. Our GSS will be responsible for driving top-notch guest experience while facilitating the completion of all store-level tasks. Gauges of Responsibility
  • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties assigned by management.
  • Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.

  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operation policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels.
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal).
  • Execute all guest service programs and processes 24/7.
  • Manage cash processes, including deposits, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
  • Replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions.
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints.
  • Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Efficiency and organizational skills.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to access all store areas, including the sales floor, stock area, and register.
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in intermittent temperatures.
Education

High School Diploma or GED required.
