Job summary

The Outlaw Group in Avon, CO, is hiring guest service shuttle drivers to provide safe, timely transport in the Breckenridge/Denver area including Avon. You will follow trip manifests, manage routes, and coordinate with dispatch to keep delays to a minimum.

Starting pay is $16.00–$21.00/hr plus tips. Full-time and part-time roles; you’ll complete a 2-week driving course and may work in winter conditions requiring mountain driving readiness. Lift 50 lbs and pass a DOT exam are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with no MVC violations in the last 3 years.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Pass a DOT Physical Exam.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual with exceptional time management.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspection.
• Read and understand trip manifests.
• Map routes prior to departure.
• Find guest pickup points confidently.
• Maintain contact with dispatchers and report delays.
• Return vehicles to home office promptly after last stop.
• Keep interior/exterior clean and return keys/manifest.
