Job summary

Outlaw Group is hiring shuttle drivers for multiple Colorado locations including Commerce City, Denver area, Breckenridge, and Avon. Starting pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus tips. A 2-week intensive driving course is provided to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, route planning, and coordinating with dispatchers to meet guest schedules. Basic vehicle troubleshooting and 50‑lb lifting capability are required, with DOT physicals reimbursed

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with no DOT violations in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and pass a DOT physical exam (reimbursed after season).
• Experience in shuttle driving or guest services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and manage time effectively.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspection and read trip manifests.
• Map routes and locate guest pick-up points.
• Maintain contact with dispatchers and report delays.
• Return vehicles to home office promptly and clean inside/out.
• Assist DIA drivers on transfer runs when needed.
• Keep duty logs current in the home office.

Job Description: Location(s): Commerce City / Denver Area, Breckenridge, Avon, Work Type: Full time and Part Time Pay Rate: Starting pay is $16.00/hr - $21.00/hr, + tips. Relocation(?) Peak 1 understands the seasonal work environment and offers affordable housing within Fairplay, CO.

JOB DUTIES

• Be punctual and have exceptional time management skills
• Perform pre-trip inspection of your vehicle
• Read and understand your trip manifests
• Map out your routes prior to departure
• Be comfortable finding the pick-up points of guests
• Maintain contact with dispatchers and communicate if you have fallen behind schedule
• Report traffic concerns you witness for our other drivers
• Return vehicles to home office promptly after final guest stop
• Thoroughly clean inside and out and return keys and manifest to office
• Participate in transfer drives where they will assist a DIA driver with their pick-ups
• Maintain a record of duty log that will live in the home office

QUALIFICATIONS

• Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license and have no traffic violations on their Motor Vehicle Record within the last 3 years
• At least 21 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) Physical Exam – you will be reimbursed upon the completion of the season.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous shuttle driving experience.
• Guests service experience.
• Basic mechanic knowledge / comfort for quick vehicle troubleshooting.

ADDITIONALLY

We provide a 2-week intensive driving course to help you be successful in the position. Although previous experience with mountain driving is not required, an understanding and willingness to drive in winter driving conditions is necessary.
