Job summary

The Outlaw Group is hiring shuttle drivers to service the Commerce City/Denver area, Breckenridge, and surrounding regions. Start pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour plus tips, with seasonal housing options in Fairplay, CO.

Qualified applicants must be at least 21, possess a valid driver's license, pass a DOT physical, and be able to lift 50 lbs. We offer a 2‑week intensive driving course to ensure success in winter conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clear MVR within the last 3 years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam (reimbursed after season).
• Willing to drive in winter conditions; familiarity with mountain driving is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual with exceptional time management; adhere to schedules.
• Read and understand trip manifests and map routes before departure.
• Locate guest pickup points and maintain contact with dispatch.
• Report traffic concerns to aid other drivers.
• Return vehicles and manifests to the home office promptly.
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out and manage keys and manifests.
• Assist with transfer drives and support a DIA driver when needed.
• Maintain a duty log in the home office system.
