Job summary

The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Spartanburg store. You will work in a team environment, delivering fast, friendly service while handling transactions accurately in a welcoming setting that aligns with our policies and values.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe store, cross-training in CSR duties, and ensuring compliance with age-restricted sales. You will support merchandising and communication standards while representing the company

Qualifications

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties with accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting information and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in uniform according to policy.
• Be cross-trained in all CSR responsibilities to support operations.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards promptly.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service and ensure customers feel valued.
• Keep work area organized and store clean, restrooms spotless.
• Maintain exterior cleanliness of building and forecourt.
• Protect company assets, including cash and inventory, following cash-handling policies.
• Ensure compliance with age-restricted sale laws with proper ID.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and store-wide standards.
• Set a positive tone and demonstrate knowledge of store functions.
• Follow communication guidelines within Store Operations.
• Assist customers at self-checkout where applicable.
