Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Team Member for Burger King to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting restaurant operations. You will greet guests, take orders, prepare food and drinks, and ensure a clean dining area.

Reporting to the General Manager and shift coordinators, you will work varying shifts, maintain safety standards, restock supplies, and uphold uniform policies while delivering a positive experience to guests.

Qualifications

• Greets guests and processes orders and payments.
• Interacts with guests and coworkers in a positive, professional manner.
• Willingness to learn all restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments
• Prepares and packages food and drink products
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant at all times including dining room, restroom & exterior
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies
