Job description

The Holiday Inn Roberts Centre in Wilmington, Ohio has immediate openings for a Guest Service Representative. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, and the desire to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel.
  2. Responsible for issuing room keys and important information to guests.
  3. Responsible for making hotel reservations and checking hotel availability.
  4. Verifies credit card authorization or collects cash payment for all hotel guests.
  5. Answer hotel main telephone line and transfer to proper departments or guest rooms.
  6. Review guest accounts and charges upon guest check-out.
  7. Be familiar with Holiday Inn Brand Standards and requirements such as Reward Programs.
  8. Be familiar with daily events in the hotel, conference center, and restaurant.
  9. Constant contact with housekeeping and maintenance departments regarding guest issues or concerns.
  10. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  11. Ensure daily checklists are completed.
  12. Complete any direct assignments from the Manager.
  13. Responsible for issuing and signing out Department Manager Keys.
