Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn - Sacramento is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, handle payments, coordinate with housekeeping, and provide local information while maintaining a clean, organized front desk area. Flexibility for shifts including holidays and weekends is required.

Qualifications
