Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle reservations with courtesy.

You will operate front desk software, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth stay. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
