Job summary

Hampton Inn in North Olmsted, OH is seeking Guest Service Representatives to join our front desk team. You will greet guests, check them in and out, distribute keys, and promptly respond to guest requests.

We offer competitive pay ($17–$19/hour, experience-based), flexible shifts (3PM–11PM and 11PM–7AM), and benefits including dental and vision, 401k, paid vacation (FT) and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Front Desk experience preferred.
• Must have flexible availability including holidays and weekends.
• Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card and personal information
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
