Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Guest Service Representative in Baton Rouge to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and support an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, handle payments, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to maintain a welcoming, organized front desk. Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
