Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Service Representative to join our Graduate by Hilton Cincinnati team. You will greet guests, manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.

You will participate in daily tasks that ensure guest satisfaction, accurate cash handling, and a smooth check-in/check-out process, while upholding SHG's hospitality standards and commitment to employee development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition
• Review arrival lists and assemble welcome amenities
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival
• Answer phones promptly with a friendly attitude and route inquiries as needed
• Manage cash handling procedures, report cash over/shorts to management
• Keep front desk area clean and organized
• Assist with lobby activation as needed
• Handle guest PII data following proper procedures
