Job summary

Windsor Hospitality seeks a Guest Service Agent at Embassy Suites by Hilton Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll be the welcoming face, handling check-ins/outs, questions, payments, and coordinating with Housekeeping for a smooth guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, guest-service mindset, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced hotel front desk environment.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to use judgment and hotel knowledge to resolve guest situations.
• Proficient with front desk tech and PMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with a warm, welcoming attitude at the Front Desk.
• Issue room keys and provide escort instructions.
• Date-stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages.
• Check guests in and out accurately in the PMS.
• Transmit and receive messages via hotel communications equipment.
• Receive and process advance registration payments as needed.
• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Handle inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Bell Staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
