Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a customer-focused team member to greet guests, take orders, and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy restaurant environment. You will handle cash, assist with upselling, and maintain clean displays while upholding company standards.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are required. This is a front-line role within the Field Operations department, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within service time guidelines.
• Upsells products as directed by management.
• Collects payment and serves orders to customers.
• Handles customer service issues and notifies manager as needed.
• Counts cash and reconciles drawer; ensures accuracy at shift end.
• Reports any deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems to Manager in Charge.
• Keeps product holding times strictly observed and displays neat presentation.
• Keeps display case clean and stocked with napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
