The role supports the front-of-house team and contributes to a culture of hospitality and teamwork. Responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting guests with selections, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus and assist with selections.
• Coordinate reservations and special services for guests.
• Ensure dining room stations are clean and well-stocked.
• Assist with payments and process transactions.
• Provide fast, courteous service and resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
