As Guest Service Officer – Communications Centre, you will create a welcoming experience for our guests through helpful and exceptional service. You will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls to the hotel and responding to guests’ inquiries. Good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor are required. In this position, you will proactively resolve service-related concerns and provide appropriate follow-up. This highly visible role offers opportunities for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating signature experiences.
