Job Description

  • Resolve guest complaints.
  • Ensure services meet the required standards.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures smoothly.
  • Monitor hotel occupancy, functions, groups, and VIP arrivals.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B.
  • Attend scheduled training sessions.
  • Collaborate respectfully with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain knowledge of all hotel facilities and daily activities.

Responsibilities & Authority

Internal:

  • Coordinate with staff, General Manager (for info), FO Manager (for guest history, VIPs).

External:

  • Hotel clients.

Materials:

  • IT equipment allocated to the position.

Additional duties include preparing for VIP arrivals, managing check-in/out, handling reservations, providing excellent guest service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring security protocols are followed. The role also involves administrative tasks like reporting, coordination with other departments, and participating in training and emergency preparedness.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, with 5–7 years of experience in 4-5 star hotels.
