Qualifications

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred.

• Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously according to Wendy’s service standards.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, promotions, and restaurant services.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Wendy’s recipes and portion standards.
• Operate grills, fryers, and beverage equipment safely.
• Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter, dining room, kitchen, and service areas.
• Follow food safety standards and health department regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to support restaurant operations.
• Demonstrate reliability and professional appearance.
