Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a team member to help deliver fast, friendly service in a busy, high-traffic setting. You will assist with food preparation, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean dining area while engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires at least 16 years of age, a willingness to learn, and ability to work multiple shifts. Prior experience is not necessary, and training will be provided to ensure quality service and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school not strictly required; some high school acceptable.
• No prior work experience required.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to provide required work permits.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all food orders within stated time goals.
• Keep dining room, restrooms, and work areas clean, safe and stocked.
• Prepare, portion and serve hot food orders per requests (sandwiches, chili, baked potato, fries).
• Stock, portion and serve beverages.
• Operate cash register following company policies.
• Take orders from customers via in-person and intercom system; provide quality service.
• Prepare store for opening and assist with closing duties.
