Job summary

WKS Restaurant Group is seeking a Team Member to provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant environment. You will greet guests, take orders at the POS, answer questions about the menu, and support operations with a positive attitude.

In a fast-paced setting you’ll follow food safety standards, assist with drive-thru when needed, restock supplies, and work closely with teammates to deliver an exceptional Wendy’s guest

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously per Wendy’s service standards.
• Take orders using the POS system accurately.
• Prepare and assemble menu items following recipes and portions.
• Operate grills, fryers, beverage equipment, and other kitchen tools safely.
• Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.
• Maintain the front counter, dining room, kitchen, and service areas.
• Support opening, closing, and shift change procedures.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team and management.
• Demonstrate reliability and professional appearance.
